You pay for the month and for the conversations inside it. A session is one conversation with one visitor; past what your plan includes, each further session is billed at the rate shown on your plan.
One ambassador on your Shopify storefront, answering from your catalog and your knowledge base.
Adds the embed for any site of your own, topic clustering over real conversations, and email support.
Adds public share links with social cards, signed outbound webhooks, Klaviyo and Slack, data export and a white-label widget.
Adds the in-store kiosk surface, several ambassadors under one account, and persona rotation.
Prices come straight from billing, the same numbers you are charged.

A³ speaks on your site, in a Shopify storefront, on a share link and on an in-store kiosk. It does not answer the phone and does not send SMS, and we do not sell either of those today.
